I’ve seen this countless times almost every time I pass by a major pharmacy chain. The line is endless, the pharmacy desk is understaffed, and the sole pharmacist assistant looks frustrated. Needless to say, such a scenario will not play out favorably for the patient seeking information on adverse reactions or side effects to the medication s/he has just been prescribed.
